STUDENTS SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY

The main factor in improving the professional training of specialists at the Faculty of management and business is education through science, that is, the unity of research activities and training, when the educational process is based on scientific research performed by students.

An important link in the organization of training of students of the faculty is their early involvement in research work, which is aimed at forming a general scientific culture, research skills and abilities of students; identification of capable and creative thinking students, their involvement in various forms of scientific activity; popularization of research work.

The main principle of the organization of the system of research work of students at the graduating departments is its complexity, which provides:

• integration of educational and scientific processes;
• consistency in the development of principles, methods and technologies of research in accordance with the stages of learning;
• the use of various forms of organization of research and development, both provided for in the curriculum and performed outside them;
• use of various forms of incentives for persons participating in the research and development system;
• extensive use of competitive incentives at various levels, etc.
