At the Faculty of Management and Business there is an active nurturing work aimed at creating favorable conditions for personal and professional development of students, the education of high moral and patriotic qualities. In addition, they are aimed at forming the legal culture of students and the formation of students of the faculty of active citizenship.

The main nurturing work with students of the Faculty of Management and Business is to create conditions for their active life, civic self-determination and self-realization, meeting the needs of intellectual, cultural and moral development.

Active participation in domestic work, implementation of the Student Council of the Faculty of Management and Business, tasks that protect the rights and interests of students, promotion of active scientific and social life, organization of student leisure.
