NURTURING ACTIVITY

 

The priority of the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship is organizational and nurturing work aimed at creating favorable conditions for personal and professional development of students, ensuring their active life, meeting the needs of intellectual, cultural spheres, education of their high moral and patriotic qualities.

To this end, within the comprehensive plan of nurturing work of the Faculty of Management and Business of Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University, the department conducts activities in such areas as career guidance, amateur art, participation in national and international competitions and contests, sports competitions at various levels and more.

The pride of the department are talented students who actively support their university, city and country in public, sports, scientific and creative activities. In particular, students of the department take an active part in organizing and conducting competitions "Miss and Mr. KhNAHU", greet their friends and teachers during the holiday concerts on the occasion of Victory Day, International Women's Day on March 8, Automobile and Road Worker's Day.

In recent years, students have achieved significant achievements in the International Olympiads in economic, financial disciplines and management, All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads, in the absolute championship of the All-Ukrainian competition of student teams LoNG 2017-2019 "Look of New Generation", International Student Competition Black Sea Science - 2018. educational qualification level, XII All-Ukrainian Youth Competition "Innovative Intellect of Ukraine", All-Ukrainian Student Competition of Business Projects "Business Springboard", Championship on Business Cases from TOP Ukrainian companies "Multibrand Call from ARENA STORE".

Curators of academic groups are active leaders of individual nurturing work of the department, who, having a special approach to each of their students, provide them with comprehensive assistance in solving certain issues related to student life. Curators organize visits of students to museums, theaters, exhibitions, hold meetings of students with figures of culture, literature, art.

In order to form the legal and communicative culture of students, as well as the formation of students' active citizenship, teachers of the department cover lectures and seminars on issues of universal values, morals and mentality of the Ukrainian people.

Nurturing work is difficult and has a "human face", and the department is always happy to welcome the initiatives of its students and promote their development. Only by combining the joint efforts of the chain "University-Department-Student" is it possible to effectively implement the ideas of creating a university of the third millennium, the key to which is the organizational and nurturing work.
